Is there an enrollment fee?

No fees to enroll, just your first month payment on the day you sign up!

Can I cancel my membership?

You can cancel your membership at anytime. However once you cancel, you cannot
enroll again nor will you qualify for the loyalty reward at the end of the 6 months.

What if I can’t come in? Can I use it towards another month?

If you can’t come in, you have the credit banked in your credit balance to use.

Who can I share my membership with?

You have the option to share your membership with a household member once you’ve been a member for 3 consecutive months. Household member can be husband, wife, mom, dad, daughter, or son. You are able to share your membership with only one household member per month. You cannot have multiple household members.

What is the special gift card promotion?

You can gift a gift card to anyone at a discounted rate, gift card cannot be for personal use.

I want to add aerolase laser to my facial, how can I do that?

Before doing any laser services, you must complete a Good Faith Exam with nurse practitioner. This is an additional cost of $30, good for one year. Aerolase can be added on to your monthly membership treatment, not as a standalone using your credit balance for Aerolase by itself.

My monthly payment declined, does this cancel my membership?

You have 3 days to resolve payment for your membership. On the 3rd day at 11:59pm your membership will be canceled. You will not have the ability to re-enroll after that.
Any balance on the account can be used towards a service, however all membership pricing, discounts and benefits will be voided.

Can I pause or freeze my membership?

No, at this time we do not allow memberships to be paused.
