We can ship to any address in the United States. Shipping is $8 for Priority 2-Day for all domestic orders. All Priority Mail comes with $100 insurance for your protection in case of lost or damaged goods due to the carrier. Standard shipping starts at $3.99 depending on the weight of your items. Please note that standard First Class Mail is not insured, and SKIN CABINET is not responsible for stolen/missing packages for First Class Mail. We recommend using priority mail to insure your package. In the event your package is lost or stolen please contact us so that we can assist you in locating your package and or filing a claim with USPS. Certain products are required to be ship through UPS, rate will still remain the same, we cover the cost difference on the house.
Orders with a subtotal of $75 or more will receive complimentary free shipping. Orders placed after 5pm CST will be processed the following business day. Orders placed on a weekend day will be processed on the following Monday, holidays excluded. Please allow up to 72 hours for processing in addition to time in transit.

You may return any unopened items within 5 business days of delivery for a refund, minus a 25% restocking fee. We’ll pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). Otherwise the buyer is fully responsible to cover any shipping cost that occurs for a return.
You should expect to receive your refund within 7 to 14 business days after package is delivered. however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. Or simply go to your account, and select the item you want to return from your order history, then follow the prompts. We will respond quickly with instructions on how to return items from your order.

We reserve the right to cancel any orders when deemed to be fraudulent. Billing and Shipping addresses should match to prevent orders being canceled, please contact customer support if the item you are sending is a gift.
If you wish to cancel an order, please notify customer support within 2 hours of placing the order. Orders that are not canceled within 2 hour window will begin processing and cannot be canceled.
