We can ship to any address in the United States. Standard Shipping is $8.00 for all domestic orders.
Orders with a subtotal of $75 or more will receive complimentary free shipping. Orders placed after 5pm CST will be processed the following business day. Orders placed on a weekend day will be processed on the following Monday, holidays excluded. Please allow up to 72 hours for processing in addition to time in transit.

SKIN CABINET is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages but will work with each and every customer to help ease the situation. Unfortunate things happen, and we want to help as much as we can so reach out to us. Route Insurance covers your order 100% if it gets lost, stolen, or damaged. You can choose to add it to your order at checkout for just 98 cents.
How do I file a claim for my lost, stolen, or damaged package?

Once you file your claim, Route will process your refund or reorder your items. Its really that easy.

You may return any unopened items within 5 business days of delivery for a refund, minus a 25% restocking fee. We’ll pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). Otherwise the buyer is fully responsible to cover any shipping cost that occurs for a return.
You should expect to receive your refund within 7 to 14 business days after package is delivered. however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. Or simply go to your account, and select the item you want to return from your order history, then follow the prompts. We will respond quickly with instructions on how to return items from your order.

We reserve the right to cancel any orders when deemed to be fraudulent. Billing and Shipping addresses should match to prevent orders being canceled, please contact customer support if the item you are sending is a gift.
If you wish to cancel an order, please notify customer support within 1 hours of placing the order. Orders that are not canceled within 1 hour window will begin processing and cannot be canceled.
