Spa Policies

By Appointment Only

We are “By Appointment Only” meaning you must have an appointment to be serviced at our spa. We do not accept walk ins at this time. We take appointments by scheduling on our website only.

Intake Forms

When you schedule an appointment with us, you will receive a confirmation text & email that also include mandatory intake form(s) that must be completed prior to your appointment time. We ask that you complete these before your appointment starts to avoid in delays in your appointment time frame.

Appointment Time

We ask that you show up no more than 15 minutes early for your appointment due to limited space and staffing.

Late Policy

If you are 15 minutes late to an appointment without giving a notice, your appointment may get canceled. Any retainers, deposits will not be applied to future services.

No Show

No-shows are not treated as deposits for future appointments, and we reserve the right to charge full price for the service due to the exclusivity and reservation of time/resources if you do not notify us.

Cancelation

Things happen & sometimes you may need to cancel. We ask all clients to cancel at least 24-48 hours prior to your appointment time to avoid being charged full price for the service. All retainers/deposits are non-refundable, no exceptions to this.

Guest Policy

While we have a relaxing lounge area, we currently do not accommodate more than one client at a time. We ask that you do not bring friends, partners, or children with you to your appointment so that we can ensure you get the most out of your service. If you are accompanying a minor who is being serviced, this does not apply to you.

Privacy Policy

We never share our clients data to anyone. The information collected from you is to communicate about appointments and purchases. Our websites use tracking tools to help us better optimize your experience on our site.

Refund Policy

All services, product sales, pre-paid promotions, pre-paid services, rendered packages are final sale due to the exclusivity and reservation of time/resources. If we grant a refund on a pre-paid service that has not been rendered, You will be responsible for a restocking fee for that treatment kit of 15%. We reserve the right to uphold this policy. This policy is displayed at the front desk and on all confirmation text and emails.

Preparing For Appointment

We ask that you come fresh faced with no makeup on to ensure you receive the most of your time scheduled, however we know this is not always the case when coming from work or an event. Be sure to stop exfoliants at least 72 hours before appointment.

Spa Vibes

We always ask you what kind of tunes you’d like to listen to during your appointment, please respect the vibe by placing your phone on silent and entering the space with a clear mind and open heart.
